I didn't tender either. My shares have disappeared from my account and instead I have a cash position equivalent that is still not technically available.

It would be nice if BMY had to pay us additional monies because they did something underhand. Perhaps by some fluke the SEC will actually do their job. Doubtful! We're all entitled to dream!
