The "shares: we are holding are actually receipts for $100 for 100K sharec common B transferrable on the books etc etc. and valued at 2.00 -

We do not have actual, tradeable stock certificates as of this moment (at least I do not have) -

I also think people will start trading asap and will drive the stock down. I am not going to, however, I am going to hold & see what happens in time.
