You know a lot. I think you are stating the issue well. The stock is soft because there is concern on the STS next 40%. Some think it is going to be dilutiveor as you say they want more since they are bringing so much to the table. This concern needs to be resolved next week or I think the stk will dift lower. I here it is almost done. The question is will it be a good deal for the shareholders. I wish I had sold in the .05s - I bought in the .004s and waited and bought back. Never been good at selling at the rt pt.
