Question about the old GZFX days.


Hello all. I hope life has been treating you all well. I was a was novice investor who started with $500, day traded for a couple months (strictly pennies) and worked up to $3000 before I decided to stick it out with GZXF. I rode it until the end.

Now obviously I have nothing, no shares or anything, everything just went away.

My question is... How would my loss work in regards to a tax deduction? I checked my scottrade account and it looks like I took the loss in 2007 so I may have to have that years taxes amended.

And for the tax dedution, since I lost $3000, would I get $3000 back since I lost that much or would it just be a percentage of that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
