I'm not sure Shiming lied to anyone. We know that they were planning to build a multi complex and we have the artists sketches to show that. We also heard that they had a ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the facility.

What we do not have is any proof that anything has been done. Because of the economic slow down, I would not at all be surprised if this project was cancelled. The problem facing shareholders is that we have not heard anything from the company for over six months.
