i think you're way over thinking this thing with the riot and lawsuit scenerio. with agressive marketing, police departments would be a very good place to start and let's not forget there are police departments around the world! i just don't see how this product alone could be outdone by similar products from the websites you have provided.

besides their non-lethal defense products, let's not forget that this company is also involved in various other services. "UGHO provides Security Assessments, Risk Analysis, and Advanced Security Solutions."

lastly, the fact that they provide their services on a global scale means they are not isolated by domestic sales of either their services nor their product.
