Yes certain chinese stocks are short terms but companies with substance like this one is a bit of a keeper for long term. As long as you get your intial investment out and maybe make a bit of profit and ride the free shares into when they get onto the Amex is good. Everything nowadays is made cheaply because they come from China and the chinese can produce a massive amount with US or Canadian companies not spending as much to import the goods. I know Canada is trying to entice Chinese companies to come to Canada to invest and have their exchanges of those companies on the TSX and TSE exchanges. Since China is already heavily invested in the US already they will be better known on the OTCB and upper exchanges.
I got a letter email from NFEC they are looking at getting onto the AMEX exchange. I am not surprised it consilidated a bit as it was trucking along nicely for a while there. It would have had to pull back some before it takes off again. Here is the letter they sent me back.
