Who is Sterling Financial? I found this from December of 08:

US - State-owned United States Department of Treasury acquired warrants convertible into a 10.99% stake, or 6.438 mil common shares, in Sterling Financial Corp, Spokane, Washington, a bank holding company, and a majority-owned unit of SoftNet Technology Corp, for $7.06 per share, or a total value of $45.45 mil, in a privately negotiated transaction.

Is this the same Softnet???
