Yes and no....

Running is not a very precise term. But I am going to take a stab here and assume by "running" you mean to be in the state of saleable con being produced.

Yes the plant was operating...but...technically if you mean was it running end to end 100% the answer would be no.

I already said that earlier. The screens on the con line were being cleaned so the valves was turned off allowing no more con slurry to the screens.

So if I really get down to brass tacks I have to state that damn plant never produced an ounce of saleable concentrate that I ever saw with my own eyes.

All I saw was piles of it outside and some being cleaned off the screens.....

Why do ask?
