yeah, i was thinking along the same lines....were not talking about pocket change here they're owed billions.

This certainly goes with my intuition of JPM actions and the appealing, but they are running out of paperwork to file and i have to agree with a poster (not sure who it was) that JPM knows they will have to pay and they are just holding out as long as they can.
