It comes down to simple common financial sense, pay your highest interest first. The IRS requires cash, Dutchess does not. The IRS gets paid first, Dutchess gets paid second. And Virtra is doing that with the additional payment to the feds.

Shareholders have been wanting Dutchess off our backs for years, but it will have to wait till the IRS is paid.

Here is a repeat of my post before the 2Q was released:
"I'm positive about the stock long term, but won't count on a "gapper" in reaction to the 2Q. Other then another momo or company changing contract, I personally don't think pinksheet quarter numbers are enough to make huge, sustained stock moves. The only way Virtra's financials attract significant new investors (volume) is to eliminate the debt completely and consistently show gains for at least 4 quarters.
Hell, I'll take any stock moves, but it would be nice to see them hold long term."
