OK so we now know SYNJ owns 18% of SRE SC. unless there's an additional portion of Met and Sun to add to that number.

SRE (Sentinel Solar) {Mack} - 51%
Pinnacle {SYNJ} - 18%
Met NC {?} - 18%
Sun SC {?} - 13%


Some people have been asking why Mack isn't just doing it on his own. This way he gets majority control and probably the preferreds. What are the conversion terms on those shares? Are they converted now? That's money now from SYNJ and money later when SRE SC starts producing.
