Well see there is a short position in the stock. If they just completely dropped a bomb on them out of the blue, then the company could get sued.

imo the best way to play a stock is to look at their past. What have then done prior in similar situations.

Look back prior to the past 10q... People were asking the same exact questions as you are. and look what took place.

I know the way in which the company acts might not be the way in which us as investors would run things, however I'm not too upset with the way things are going... further... they are working to lower the AS and OS...

the 10k should be a confirmation of this... Just as the 10q was... 14 more trading days after this one until we get it...
