We have issued a large number of press releases over the past several
weeks. Please go to pinksheets.com trading symbols A V V H.

We are now required to submit press releases to the USA SEC and the
Canadian SEC before publishing them. Each of these press releases
also first has to clear with our USA Securities Attorney and our
Canadian Securities Attorney. We hope to have 3 more releases
cleared within the next week. Each press release has a filing fee
with the SEC and Pink Sheets along with legal fees and also a
publishing fee of the press releases. Under the new requirement of
filing fees we now must also submit to our auditors and lawyers to
determine if it is a material event. If so we then have to file a
material event notice with all of the above parties. The cost are
prohibitive and we are on a tight budget.

The great news is that we are very close to launch date of our
infomercial for Neuroskin Psoriasis Relief. I can’t give you and
exact date as this would be insider information, however one of our
next press releases will provide that information. We are very
excited about the next few weeks and the impact it will have on AVVAA,
and the cash flow that will be generated.
