Many here have the opinion that a pinkie cannot go lower than .0001. Unfortunately that is not true. There are many stocks that trade below that level. Check out either microcap or equityfeed.com for a list of the real bottom feeders. As for the big volume days here, if seems rather obvious that those days are trades out of treasury to major investors. When they are through this stock can move on much lower volume belive it or not.
