"The system" doesn't really work when the unjust can be eventually enriched within a year of assisting in the seizure and sale. JPM may own 5% of WMI common stock and thereby make it easier to stomach a settlement but that circumvents the consequences that the corp officers involved should feel. As far as the local reporting goes, editors are afraid of loosing their jobs, period. IMHO. Now, if we can arrange a job for one of the more senior editors before he/she runs the big expose then we may be able to assist in getting the word out. Anyone? Can we offer a well paying job to one of the newspaper editors?
This isn't bribery it's another type of parachute in case it's needed. The story must get out.
