Casprs1, with all respect to you, I disagree with your statement that uc is not smart enough to come up with such a plan as is happening. It takes a genious to tie up 1,4000,000 acres of land and, moreover, to have obtained the mineral rights along the way. A man with that kind of foresite is smart enough to craft up any such of a-billiion dollar plan.
