There's been a sign-up section for 3 months now. If they haven't launched by now, than how long would someone have to wait to use the servcice that signed up in May? LOL Typical OVOE way of doing business!!! Take 2 years to finally make-believe that a launch would happen and they (OVOE) still have no clue of what's going on.
