We say that shares traded at the Ask are 'Buys' and at the Bid are 'Sells'. Most IAHL shares traded recently have been traded at the Ask. This behavior drives the pps upward.

When dilution is happening... the Company continues to sell at the Bid thus lowering the pps. That's how we fell from .07 to .01 last year. Thanx, Ed & Wayne.
