slawmd27: sorry, I cannot agree with you. Most litigation brought against doctors has been justified. In the past, doctors collectively sought the very regulations that they now enjoy. It's called medical diagnosis monopoly. I take out the world's smallest violin and play for them. Capitalism can work for someone as well as it can work against anyone.

I'm a laissez faire capitalist and I have long viewed the medical establishment as frauds, quacks, and especially racist.
