Will the DTCC cave to the pressure of ANYONE? I say no, with that said, a racketeering inquiry would have to include the investigation of the DTCC. That obscure "Global Lock" action very well could be connected to a racketeering ring of brokers & hedge funds etc.. My hats off to those putting the pressure on this UNAmerican instituition.
