I asked the creditor's committee if he was there on Xechem business or another company, who was paying his bills and why he's there now when's he's had two years to work on expansion into India and was met with dead silence. I suppose it's because they are under a Non-Disclosure Agreement...

It's a good question EC, a better one is if he's there on Xechem business, why does one of the three board members not know about the trip? Are Swift and Burg conducting meetings without Dr. Pandey now because they have a majority? Swift loves committees, maybe they are running the company through a committee now so that the entire board doesn't have to meet. I do know that they've canceled numerous meetings in the last few months.

I'm through dealing with these guys, we are going to keep working on what we need to and not be distracted by them. they have done everything they can to muddy the waters and we need to stay focused on the goals. After those are achieved, then we can decide what to do about things that happened... That's just my opinion and something that I most likely won't have anything to do with...
