The only thing I am looking for is "true" data.

This why I support an opinion or not. All I am looking for is truth, because postings on here are usually opinion.

Sorry, if it looks like I am trying to pick at your points, but I want to make sure that they are valid statements.

Would you say that all mines in that condition would be yellow taped? Or is this one special in particular?

I don't take people's opinion as valid fact, and you mentioned the red tape. I searched for references of what you were stating and came up empty, so that is why I asked what you meant.

The only flaw I find is that Pedro and KOP have posted that they have to re-inspect the mine, but they also leave out the "OR STATUS CHANGE" out of the equation in their deductive reasons over what it will take to re-establish production and I am trying to figure out if this is true or not.

The only other issue I take with this is that MSHA had let them operate under existing conditions...plus we don't have the actual report of WHAT they were in violation of the ventilation code for as there were 15 cases that could put them there as simple as bearing temp monitors on the fan bearings, so we don't really have any idea what "FIXES" they do indeed need to be in code. Nobody also cannot state that ventilation HAS to be redone either. Any references to what MSHA is going to do is purely speculative.

Sometimes equipment is ugly but functional enough for code.

There was also one bit of data I referenced with the mine earlier in dealing with ventilation was that the air quality data, was still high, but under improvement each subsequent time it was tested.
