Yes, we did know most of that. Quite a few of us noticed that JEFF was dumping tons of stock into the market for someone. At the time, we thought it was "the company". As it turned out, it was Edwards, who was dumping and kicking back to Urbie.

And, I am sure you know that NITE sold their derivitives to CITIBANK.

No shit sherlock. In reality, it was their derivatives division. Do you know what derivatives are? Obviously not.

You could better spend your time learning something about all this, instead of moaning about how "nobody could have known" when a great many people DID know.
