That does not mean that there will be no Solano Holdings. There are many duplicate named companies, if it's legal regarding trademarks, that dba using fictitious names.

The only reason a connection was found between Lane and HESG was because a whois search of a website, which is always good DD, it could possibly be under many other titles.
