Orders are sales to the retail companies like CVS, Walgreens, etc. This is how SpongeTech makes revenue/profit.

Consumer sales are when the retail companies actually sell to the customers like you and me. SpongeTech doesn't make any money on these consumer sales but they will make more money if the retail stores run out of products and reorder more from SpongeTech.
