Phil: No your point was that Matt was not accused or charged with using iHub to commit criminal acts. It has been pointed out to you over and over again, that he has been in quotes from the accusations by the SEC and charges by the DOJ.

Now, you can bury your head in the sand much like those ripped of on iHub daily in Penny Stock Scams even though there are folks pointing out the naked truth about the scams or you can choose to see the light.

Your choice...nuff said...
