To me what is happening is some profit taking. The stock is sent to a higher price then brought down so that more shares could be picked up at a cheaper per share rate. It is typical trading. What happens a lot is that people panic. Oh no the stock is dropping hard, there goes all my money, so there is a sell off.

The bottom line is that if a company has good management, has a great product, it will increase in value over time. The only thing that I am not apprised of is the viability of a holding company and its function.
