Anybody else get their PTI package in the mail? Re: Amendment of Articles of Incorporation -- bumping the number of shares from 100,000,000 to 750,000,000. It was supposedly authorized by a "written memorandum of action of the Board of Directors on July 27, 2004". I would like to see that official document.

Oh yeah, here's the best part -- it was signed by Bernard J. Walter

"Cheif Executive Officer and President"

I guess Elbee's spelling prowess rubbed off.
