Before then, the stock trades higher on implications that it will be as successful as it will be because of the success that is built into the overall business plan of the deal to begin with. Of course, you have to be a shareholder for that to prove any worth. Therefore, non shareholders really have no material worth and their statements can be viewed as simply "pure speculation."
