Janice do you think ADVFN is waiting from a legal stand point for the outcome and then will decide the course of action they may take? or do you think that they really do consider this a personal matter and thats it? I can not believe if Matts actions have or could hurt the business they purchased from him that they would not seek some type of compensation for damages.
