FYI, Babatunde Osotimehim is the Federal Minister of Health. Swift and Burg are messing around with the big dogs on this one. I had a meeting with NEXIM executives today and afterwards we were all chatting about the litigation. They asked what I thought Swift was thinking filing a lawsuit against the Nigerian Government. A bankrupt company with obviously no money filing a lawsuit against the Government. We all had a good laugh over the ridiculous nature of it all and went on talking about Xechem.

It's great to see Lane Hasler's name officially as their attorney.
