What I am saying is that the acquiring consortium of companies, could pay us, the existing shareholders, $500 million. Then they go private for a short period of time. After a few months as the market developes, they turn around and IPO the company. If they do it right, they can actually pay themselves back and raise additional funds to help build out the infrastructure to take this to the next level.

1. $500 million to go private
2. wait 6 months
3. IPO new company payoff original investors with cash and/or stock in new company.
4. Build the business with better financing and no large overhang of debt.
