Spice - The way I see it OTC stocks have to constantly be promoted to maintain their price. Without a constant stream of new investors the stock will lose it's value. When Virtra is able to release some of their deals I would expect some promotion groups to pick up on their news. When they get to the AMEX or Nasdaq small cap they should have analyst coverage which should hopefully produce some price stability. Promotion costs money so IMO Virtra is only going to promote their stock when they have big news to release.
