I appreciate the post Pilot, but I am a little confused. Assuming everything istrue I though there was an offer and subsequently a second offer from the Lees, Hanbool etc. Then there was merely interest from another party, but no offer made as of yet? Maybe I just do not understand your post. Has the super terrific mystery international chemical company actually made an offer? Was there never a second offer from Lees and Hanbool? Please clarify.
