As I see it, the 10 year contract with TW allows QTN to contact/approach each market for TW....this is now one such attempt. Looks to me like future PR's for each and every market secured instead of one for TW as in the case of RNC. The free cable for AIDS victims is a door opener in each market. Lot's of potential here for many months to come. I love LOT'S of Good News PR's and this set up seems to provide that. IMHO Neal
