Cain,

Jareds letter to shareholders dated Dec 1 contained lies about timing of issued shares.

His unaudited financials that he put out a few months ago were filled with lies IMO since there were numbers that were obviously improperly rounded in them to even thousands of dollars to get them to add up.

And let's not even get into the fact that shareholders paid him millions of dollars for his secret formulas. These are not the KFC recipe or the Coke Formula - they are enzyme blends that are not that special.

Running out of posts for the day but feel free to go back through my posting history and look at some of the dissecting of the financials statements. I tried to ask sensible questions to point out inconsistencies a while ago.
