On 13 August President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signededict "about awarding of the State Prizes to the Russian Federation of2003 for the young scientists for the salient works in the area ofscience and technology". Together with other scientists of this reward was honored thecolleague OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow RegionalAdministration of Power System Management", Candidate in Technical Sciences Dmitriy Buyakov for the work "study ofheat-mass transfer and hydrodynamics of multicomponent solutions withthe demineralization of natural and effluents". This work was written in the co-authorship with the scientific workerof the Moscow Power Engineering Institute by novel by Agapov and thechief specialist OF RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA" by Yuri Shkondin.
Reward was founded in 1994 for purposes of the development of thescientific potential of country and stimulation of the creativeactivity of young scientists. Yearly State Prizes for the young scientists for the salient works inthe area of science and technology are awarded by the President'sDecree of the Russian Federation: for scientific studies, contributing the salient contribution to development of natural, the technical and humanities; for development and mastery of foremost technology, materials and the technologies of new generation, the ensuring increase rates and effectivenesses of economicdevelopment, strengthening the defense capability of the country.
Dmitriy Buyakov works as the chief engineer of theproduction-engineering division JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo -Moscow Regional Administration of Power System Management". This is not the first acknowledgement of the scientific merits ofyoung specialist. In 1998 Dmitriy Buyakov obtained the allowance of the President RF, and in 1999 the allowance of firm Siemens for the works on the themeof the "special features of water treatment for the steam-gas thermalpower station".
In the scientific labor of young scientists the results of long-terminvestigations in the region of the special preparation of water forits use in the technical cycle of station are represented, and also processing effluents. Practical realization of ideas, presented in this work, it will make it possible on the base of domestic manufacture to createcontemporary technologies for the ecologically clean thermal powerstations
