Mr. Bisante, could you please read this....

You told shareholders to hold their shares until the end because this is a real deal.

But you don’t give your shareholders the certainty that deal is for real.

Would you Mr Bisante invest in a company who makes strange press releases, with a CEO who can’t really answer the shareholder’s concerns and can’t create confidence we need.

WOULD YOU PUT ANY OF YOUR MONEY in that type of company. Your answer (either a YES or a NO) will tell us a lot about your way to be a businessman or to lead a company.

You said that you read all the post on this board, that you were aware of our concerns, our questions. Why didn’t you start your conference call by a long statement covering and answering each of those questions and concerns that you have read on this board, after then when you have cover all the subjects you can take few questions on the phone to complete.

That conference call was like the few last press releases DISORGANIZE, and a disaster. The only thing we have learned from that CC was that you hire investigators to bring you informations about your mysterious buyer in Dubai. Well better later then never!!!!!!

We should change our name instead of calling us « Shareholders » you should call us now « SHEEPHOLDERS » with this new clue...... witch « WOLF » is going to eat us and WHEN this is going to happen?
