SERENA are you out there? I agree with baldy. You need to issue a PR. I didn't mind the lack of information as long as the price was holding, but it is not. It is dropping because investors are losing confidence and selling. Your last PR said that the loan would close not matter what on the 9th. If that happened, then at least announce that and be silent on the rest. This type of release is not a violation of any SEC Rule and you know it. Be the responsible IRO that I know you are and provide some information.
