I'm only talking about the current drop in pps...you stated the drop going on now wasn't from the company selling..I'm not concerned about the different ways to buy stock privately.

The company is not selling directly into the market; its private transactions of 1 year restricted stock to individuals right now folks...

I was just wondering how you knew for sure the company wasn't selling at this time...I guess none of us really CAN know that for sure.
