I really don't understand the problem some are having with the pr. The Lees came back with a sustantially higher counter offer but Jared wants to give a second party a shot at it.If an offer is not made in a timely fashion we get the details of the counter offer and then a descision will be made. Sounds great to me. Why settle for hamburger when steak is on the menu.
