Most everybody doesn't realize that even though Drinks is approved to sell/distribute in virtually every state, they have to get separate approvals to sell beer in every state. Many states are mud dragging the process from 6 weeks up to almost a year.

Kenny is delaying nothing. He is ready to go. The beer is ready to go.

On another note, a beer veteran chimed in with some comments on this introduction along with the advertising from Kid and sees this brand doing exceptionally well on the "in your face" advertising approach against the majors. He says they could easily turn 15 million cases from now until this time next year. Or, first year sales. He calls that a "conservative" estimate. That is $150 mil minimum first year sales.

The excess capacity will be outsourced and the State of Michigan is prepared to offer some addtional hefty incentives to keep that excess inside state lines.

Look around, you'll find the comments.
