this afternoon I have....

statements to make...no way official comments from CMKX...these are my own feelings...not relayed by the company to him...

1) regarding Bashers...noticed the last couple days that classroom and other messageboards are bombarded by bashers...let me say that I have nothing against bashers...bashers are sometimes good for the company...gotta take the good with the bad...entitled to your own opinions about the stock...with that said...pertaining to bashers....when you want to bash a company that is fine and dandy...but when it comes to the point when you start bashing other people that is where i draw the line...i'm going to put a challenge out to each and every basher that is listening to me right now...this is the challenge...if you want to talk about CMKX and you want to complain then I am going to give you the opportunity...(gives phone number now)...you dial that number and you talk to me...i guarantee we will talk about it sensibly and rationally...let's try and resolve your issues...so there is your challenge Mr. Basher....I have had 4 phone calls today from someone who calls and says we are a bunch of crooks but won't leave his name and number....(melvin calling him out now)...i put a challenge out and they can phone me directly...

2) I've decided a long time ago that I will not talk about the share structure of this company...99% of the questions I get pertain to the share structure....today I've had some conversations with two very very intelligent people regarding this subject...these people know what they are talking about...therefore when I come back on sterlings board...i am not going to be here everyday...only going to come back on here when a pr is out so we can discuss the pr...i am not going to say anything that has not been out in a press release.,..when a PR comes out i will be on to talk about it...that includes the phone calls...people are bombarding me with questions I can not answer...i wish on my stars that i could..but for the betterment of the company the answer is NO....when i say no comment i mean it...stop asking the same questions over and over....(miscellaneous stuff)...with that said I am not going to be answering any questions to the share structure...(missed stuff) I'll tell you about drilling program, land claims, drilling related stuff....what I will not tell you or discuss is the share structure of THIS company...i do not live in las vegas nevada...i do not constantly talk to Urban...he does not tell me what/who he is constantly talking to....what Mr. Casavant tells me is to stick to the PRs and talk about it until the cows come home...stick to talking about the Fort La Corne diamond project....(missed stuff..nothing big)...if you have questions about share structure you can call me and I will write them down and fax them to Urban and the lawyers...if they want to answer them they will contact you...otherwise it is not up to me. If they have not answered it then they have chosen not to answer it. plain and simple

What else can I get off my chest...

Vicky is doing very good...had a few rough days but doing better...sends her love. (missed some small stuff here)

We are starting to drill...started yesterday afternoon or this morning...we are not going to have results right way...probably going to take a few weeks...meeting is going on as scheduled...today or tomorrow...I will be attending later on this week...the results of the meeting will be made public in a press release...i'm not going to say "we are going to the moon" or things like that...i have never said anything like that...well wait disregard that statement...ok...maybe i have said things when i was excited and stuff...(i fell behind here but basically he said yes he may have said things in the past but those were due to personal excitement and taken out of content etc... and that things will be moving forward without these types of comments from him in the future)

working very hard up here folks...come on up and take a look for yourself...ron working 18 hours...i'm working 12-14 hours...I'm sure urban is working many hours...everyones working very hard....take that into consideration...trying to strive to get ahead...i know we will get ahead...that is about all i can say about that

can't really think of anything else to say...i'm not going to be taking questions today...i am going to be on here a few more minutes but then i'll be leaving...(misc stuff...thanks...etc.)

just remember folks...oh wait...one more thing...i had a couple calls saying your playing music and the music is a subliminal message...that is the biggest crock i've ever heard...the songs i play have nothing to do with CMKX except for the one song..."Don't stop"...I've choosen that one because it means a lot to me and does speak about our company but other than that song the music has NOTHING to do with CMKX...do not read into it. Come on we are adults here ...this is a stock..this is a company...if we are going to be playing childish games i don't want to be a part of it...that's about it...thanks...(end of conversation)
