He is selling it because he has to not because he wants to.
If you did not read the original agreement you might want to look again. EESO had to sell 300m share in good faith as part of the original agreement, the new agreement has the same stipulation but we do not know the amount.

Ether way how about we let it play out and then see who called the stock well.

If the offer is accepted it does not matter if there is 100m or 2b. The offer will be for pps.
