Yeah this is buy and hold at least til that gap is filled. Way oversold and the RSI is still almost touching 30. Mildly surprised that this didn't stay over 7 but traders are skittish and you can't blame them. Still, this is as solid a co as you can find.

If that divvy cut hadn't wacked this, it would be 11-13 IMO as you can see from a cursory look at where it WAS heading on the chart. It'll get there again IMO.
