Nerd, my only point was I know people who put in stop losses in active penny stocks and have those losses taken out only to see the price then rise again and having to get back in at a higher price.

You are right that they could have taken some profits off the table but in the light of the COB news and recent activity it shouldn't be surprising that stop losses are going to be taken out. The MM needs the shares for the new exchange.
