And all the stuff you mentioned while at the same time they are on the pinksheets right. Not even on the low OTC, no even worse they are on the pinksheets but of course they are the new microsoft in sales and growth now.

Any numbers to verify all of that? Oh sorry I forgot, they are a non reporting pinksheet company. I see.

So you will say that they already got a 10 cent buyout offer. Sure. Proof? Oh sorry, they again are a non reporting pinksheet company so they don't need to file for anything. How convenient for them eh.

Maybe, just maybe that was the reason they went to the pinksheets in the first place? Just a thought.

Where is the financing? With this kind of growth there sure must be lots of "big guys" stand in line to finance these guys. Instead they sold 2 billion shares into the market. Strange again eh. Where is the uplisting? With 140 million dollar in sales they sure should be on the Nasdaq or at least on the OTC. I guess they like the pinksheets better.

Where is the new buyout offer? LOL, I see none and there won't be any. There is a group of people here who obviously work the board in order to get as many newbies into the stock as possible. And it works for now.....good job.

200 million dollar buyout for a non reporting pinksheet company who up to date didn't deliver on a single thing they promised. Sure. Sounds very probable. Too funny. Just think for a second. I also have to laugh about people who try to value a potential buyout offer here. You can't value fictious numbers here. This is a non reporting company so how can you possibly value any kind of offer? Totally ridiculous. It's all in the air, all the numbers given from management for FUTURE sales is hot air, no filings, no proof of anything.

I have seen pinksheet companies project billions in sales without following through one cent. So there is no valuation here, it's zero until they file with the SEC.

According to all the private messages I get, the pumpers are pretty nervous here. I wonder why....In a few weeks many here will be very disappointed that they were that naive.
