That is one of the most immoral titles for an article. IMO

It is like saying how much a landfill will hold before it bursts. I think they will have to change their minds about this because it sucks up money and gives back nothing. National Geographic says the ocean already has a ton of CO2 in it and acts as the worlds sink. No body knows what will happen by putting too much carbon in the ocean.... I don't think it will be good for life.
