The last time such a report was issued, the share price dropped by about 8%, followed by a hammering on the day of the results, by a fall of 18%.

I heard that PWC have told a number of companies over the past year that they would no longer act for them if they did not make the BOD more independant. I wonder if IDCC was one of them, I suspect that they were.
